Quanteq is now an approved Prometric and Pearson VUE Test Centre; as such it is in need of a Prometric Test Centre Administrator who will be in-charge of the affairs of, and day-to-day operations of its Test Centre.

POST TITLE:   Prometric Test Centre Administrator


JOB LOCATION: Abuja

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Prometric TCA is to be responsible for the following:
Provide secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable and friendly environment,
Understand and comply with all testing procedures,
Check-in examinees, verify identification, and explain the exam process,
Monitor examinees while they are taking tests,
Maintain a secure testing environment,
Communicate with other internal departments to investigate and fix technical issues as appropriate,
Strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment,
Carry out marketing activities in order to create awareness on, and build a customer base for the Prometric Centre,
Assist in the administrative duties of the Training Unit.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

The desired competencies for this role are :

Be well-versed in marketing, advertising and public relations strategies,

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall responsibility for the Security Infrastructures in the Region:
Coordinate Security operational activities at the region to ensure constant presence of guards at Airtel’s locations,
Oversee and supervise site-specific security procedures within the region,

Regular interface between central security and the region.

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in any of the humanities (Legal background will be an added advantage),
Possession of a post Graduate Degree will be an added advantage,
Initiative, business management and decisiveness skills.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
10 - 12 years post qualification experience in the various areas of Security Profession with a specialization in Operations, Intelligence and Surveillance, among others.
Previous experience /membership of the Nigerian Police Force or any arm of the Military or State Security Service is highly essential.
Membership of both Local and International Security Association is compulsory.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (Behavioral etc.)
Excellent and effective written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills,

Overall Purpose of Job:

Assists in ensuring the development, implementation and maintenance of quality procedures.



Responsibilities:

Assist in ensuring that procedures and templates needed for the effective implementation of the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the ISO 9001 Standard.
Review at specified intervals, the stability of quality management system and its effectiveness in satisfying the ISO 9001 Standard.
Develop when needed, communicate and maintain all quality plans as will bring the organization’s Quality Management
System Policies and strategic objectives into compliance with ISO 9001 Standard.
Assist in handling the quality aspects of the Design Control Program including but not limited to design input and output documentation, verification and validation activities and formal design reviews.
Carry out organization’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components processes and finished products.
Assist in the management of the Document Control system, including review and processing of submitted documents, tracking of documents through the system, assignment of correct personnel for reviewing and approval of documents, collection of approval signatures, and issuance of final documents.
Assist in the coordination of organization’s internal quality audit program, and assesses improvement initiatives resulting from all Quality Audits – internal and external.
Assist in the timely reporting to executive management on the performance of the quality system, any non-compliance issues and recommended actions.
Plan and carry out the training of all organizations personnel in the requirements, documentation and maintenance of the corporate Quality Management System as directed.
Assist in the promotion of awareness of customer quality requirements throughout the organization both within the corporate offices and across projects.
