AREA MANAGER
The ideal candidate for this position preferably a male (maximum age 40) with a food and catering / hotel/ food technology educational background should possess the following qualifications and attitudes:
• A good minimum degree in the sciences preferably food and catering I hotel/ food technology.
• A higher degree preferably an MBA or other post graduate degrees would be an added advantage.
• At least 4 - 10 years work experience in the capacity as an area manager to different branches of a big conglomerate.
• Conveys job-specific information to field operations personnel, clarifies job specifics with technical team and communicates as appropriate

• Secures contractors and provides technical supports to all assigned field and area operations.
• Takes responsibility for the safe, efficient and profitable performance of all operations under his/her jurisdiction
• Strong team leadership skills, ability to build relationships with executives and staff to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct research into the awareness and analysis of the emerging international trends in the fast food industry.


GENERAL MANAGER (GM OPERATIONS)
The ideal candidate for this position should not be more than 45.
He/she should possess the following qualifications abilities and attitudes:
• A good degree in any social science related discipline (Minimum degree). An MBA together with other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years work experience of which at least 7 years must have been at managerial levels.
• Taking responsibility for higher level planning of the organization's day to day activities.
• Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning and direction of the organization.
• Ability to work successfully lead and direct teams.
• Ability to successfully implement the policies decisions, orders and resolutions of the organization as directed by its board of directors and exercise general operation and administrative supervision over the authority.


CORPORATE AFFAIRS MANAGER
The ideal candidate for this position should have good years of experience working in the corporate affairs office and possess the following qualifications and attitudes:
• A good minimum degree in the arts/sciences together with other relevant post graduate qualifications.
• An MBA would be an added advantage:
• Professional ability to represent the company's brand and reputation in public, through both oral and written communication.
• Strong ability to take responsibility for all internal and external communications including press releases.
• Ability to have a wholesome relationship with clients, the media and other stakeholders,


HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION
The right candidate for this position should have good years of experience working in the administrative department and possess the following qualifications and attitudes:
• A good minimum degree in the arts/sciences together with other relevant post graduate qualifications,

• Manage and maintain company facilities and equipment.
• Manage the acquisition and distribution of organization's assets / facilities and equipment


OUTDOOR CATERING MANAGERS / SUPERVISORS
The ideal candidate for this position should not be more than 40. He/she should possess the following qualifications abilities and attitudes:
• B.Sc in Food Science and Food Technology or any other related discipline (Minimum degree) with a proven track record at supervisory level of catering experience within the retail side of the business.
• At least 5 years work experience in same capacity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work successfully with teams and take initiatives,
• Coordinate the day to day running of all outdoor catering engagements, providing full catering service whilst adhering to a strict budget
• Possession of a passion for food and people, a friendly efficiency in the kitchen and believe in fun with food.


GENERAL SERVICE MANAGERS
The ideal candidate for this position should not be more than 40. He must possess the following qualifications and attitudes;
• A good first degree in any science based discipline preferably in Mechanical Engineering. An MBA or post graduate degree qualification will be an added advantage.
• Professional membership of relevant professional bodies.
• At least 4 years cognate experience in the capacity of a General e Service Manager.
• Proficiency in computer package utilization.
• Maintain maximum servicing and optimization of all company's equipment and facilities.
• Good technical knowledge of industrial machines and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently whilst leading a team of in house technicians


FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER / SUPERVISORS
The ideal candidate for this position should not be between 30 - 35. He/she should possess the following qualifications abilities and attitudes;
• B.Sc in Food Science and Food Technology or any other related discipline (Minimum degree) with a proven track record at supervisory or managerial level of food management within the retail side of the business.
• At least 6 years work experience in same capacity.
• Daily management of the operations of outlets involved in the preparation and serving of meals and beverages to customers.
• Coordinating the activities among various departments, such as kitchen, dining room, and banquet/hall operations,.
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of food, equipment, and supplies and arrange for the routine maintenance and upkeep of the outlet's equipment and facilities.
• Monitoring orders in the kitchen to determine where backups may occur, and working with the kitchen production managers to remedy any delays in service.


CHEF & PRODUCTION MANAGER
The ideal candidate for this position should not be more than 36.
He/she should possess the following qualifications abilities and attitudes:
• B.Sc in Food Technology/Hotel & Catering Management or any other Food Science discipline (Minimum degree).
• To perform this job successfully, the applicant must be able to perform the listed essential functions: Candidates should have knowledge of institutional food service and/or restaurant management. Candidates should also have substantial culinary experience plus acceptable/appreciable computer skills.
• At least 4 years work experience in same capacity.
• Supervision of the set-up of all food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.
• Maintaining and supervising good housekeeping and minimize waste.
• Checking of daily use records with the manager so as to make sure that the kitchen Management records are updated at all times.
• Good working knowledge o/the kitchen policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate all types of kitchen equipment.


CATERERS / OUTDOOR CATERING COOKS
The ideal candidates for this position should have good years of working experience while possessing the following qualifications and attitudes:
• Good educational qualifications in catering and hotel management. (Preferably from technical schools and recognized catering schools).
• Engagement in food production to maximize productivity between all of the food production areas within the kitchen.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and minimize waste.
• Checking of daily use records with the manager so as to make sure that the kitchen Management records are updated at all times.
• Good working knowledge of the kitchen policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate all types of kitchen equipment

DATA DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT


This is a vital supporter-facing role, providing an excellent level of service to Christian Aid’s supporters in line with Christian Aid’s Supporter Pledge. The post-holder will play a key role in ensuring that all communications with supporters are of the highest possible standard, that enquiries are handled efficiently and promptly and that Christian Aid’s database accurately reflects the details and wishes of our supporters.

This role will be based in the Data Development Unit and will involve handling enquiries and correspondence from supporters, as well as updates from third party agencies. The role will, at times, work with colleagues across supporter services to ensure that all communications with supporters are of the highest possible standard, that enquiries are handled efficiently and promptly and donations are processed within the terms of the Supporter Pledge. Other duties will include answering queries relating to donations received and supporter queries, along with other administrative duties assigned by the line manager.

You will have excellent customer/supporter care environment skills with considerable experience using a customer or supporter database system.

We are recruiting for a Knowledge Management Coordinator, who is a to deliver excellent and value-added services to our clients.

The Knowledge Management Coordinator will indirectly report to the  Head, LOB and Knowledge Management Partners/ Managers

Job Summary

Primary responsibility is to manage, develop, coordinate, maintain and disseminate the Firm’s Knowledge Management processes and resources. Primary focus is to update content that will aid in business development and knowledge on all market indicators. Work with all knowledge managers to update content on the local intranet Provision and general dissemination of information

Principal Duties and Responsibilities include:

Knowledge Management Coordination

    * Develop content of the microweb and extranet, including the locations of where to find KPMG credentials, lines of businesses, industry business models, practices’ websites, proposals and other marketing and business development materials. Be able to use and apply this knowledge to assist in business development opportunities.
    * Assist division knowledge managers to develop knowledge management strategies and process suited to their needs, ensuring adherence to brand central and Brand regulatory compliance in capturing and submitting high quality and value content to the microweb.
    * Assist practitioners in navigating knowledge bases and creating content documents according to standards. Edit commentary/interpretations of content experts and internal submissions.
    * Assist with monitoring documents submitted to the microweb for compliance with brand and image regulatory policies, procedures and practices, and ensure that high quality standards and taxonomy are enforced.
    * Assist in training staff in knowledge management competency by adapting training materials provided by Knowledge Management Support
    * Work in partnership with other units to evolve the Lagos internal intranet/ extranet as a valued and much used channel for knowledge and sharing information

Monitor and maintain subscription to UNDB Online; Fortune Magazine, Economist, Time, Newsweek, Harvard Business Review; Business Directories, The Banker

Desktop Tool Support

Making relevant and useful desktop tools available to users, eg., Agusto Industry reports, etc.

Competency and Skills Requirement

    * Organizational and coordination ability
    * Web management and development skills (html, css and JavaScript)
    * Technology appreciation, including a working understanding of Microsoft  Office Share Point Server
    * Good Computer skills, Searching the internet
    * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse teams
    * Strong relationship building and networking skills
    * Timeliness of deliverables related to research

Minimum Qualification

    * Minimum of 2.2 at First Degree in any Social Science course
    * Minimum of 5 credits in one sitting at O’ levels, including Maths and English
    * At least 3 years working experience in related field
