Job Profile:

This is a Senior Officer position reporting to the Territorial Manager. S/He will lead the Family Planning/Reproductive Health/Maternal and Child Health (FP/RH/MCH) community level communication, mobilisation and referral activities at the regional level for the Expanded Social Marketing Programme in Nigeria (ESMP1N) project. With the support of the other Regional team, s/he will contribute to increasing demand for (FP/RH/MCH) services in the region and will also coordinate and supervise IPC conductors to ensure ESMPIN community deliverables are met. S/’He will also monitor and provide feedback on (FP/RH/MCH) Mass media campaigns.


Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

First degree in Sciences/Medical/Behavioural/Social Sciences or its equivalent in a relevant field is required.
Masters degree in Public Health or any related discipline will be added advantage.
Minimum of three years post NYSC experience in a health facility environment or related area is required.
S/He must possess basic understanding of the recent advances in Family Planning, Reproductive Health and Maternal and Child Health (FP/RH/MCH).
Must have excellent communication and report writing skills.
Must also be conversant with the culture and behaviour of target communities.
Must be computer literate with high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word packages.

Required

    Bachelor's Degree
    At least fpur years experience in Unix Brand Sales in the Region
    At least 3 years experience in Implementing Account/Territory Planning
    At least 4 years experience in Leading Channel Development
    English: Fluent


Preferred

    At least 5 years experience in Unix Brand Sales in the Region
    At least 4 years experience in Implementing Account/Territory Planning
    At least 5 years experience in Leading Channel Development
