The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) recruiting Nigerian Graduates / HND En-Masse (123 Positions)

The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) is undergoing reform in furtherance to the Federal government's renewed vision for the Railway to enable it respond to the challenges of a new and modem Railway. A number of new appointments have been made recently, however some additional vacancies have been identified which the NRC now wants to fill.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Engineering or Science with 10 years of experience preferred or 15+ years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Quality Management of Engineering, Construction and Commissioning projects including Quality Assurance Management, Quality Control, Systems Completions coordination, Commissioning and Start up activities.
• Worldwide experience with contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of offshore and onshore production facilities.
• Proven Management and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; persuasive with strong business perspective
• Strong teamwork, facilitation, with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of Industry Standards
• Knowledge of Company Management Systems (including OIMS and EMCAPS)
• Knowledge of NPO/MPN strategies and key business drivers

1. Brand plans: Execute approved marketing activities for Cowbell Milk brands/products, particularly below-the-line programmes. Plan, activate and monitor regular sampling programmes as appropriate for Cowbell Milk brands/products. Ensure core/major activities are evaluated and learnings captures for future brand planning.
2. Marketing insight: Monitor and report on brand health, including competitor monitoring, using agreed attributes and format. Use consumer insight to inform development of marketing programmes for Cowbell Milk brands/products. Provide market information with which to report on the performance of Cowbell Milk brands/products.
3. Competitor monitoring: Track competitor activities in the Dairy sector and assist the Manager, Brands Group, in developing response strategies to protect the position of Cowbell Milk.
4. Budget: Manage marketing budgets to execute annual activity plans for Cowbell Milk brands/products, on budget and on time. Monitor expenditure against agreed activities and provide regular reports to the Manager, Brands Group.
