Position: Marketing Executive -Training School
Qualification and Requirements:
University degree with previous work experience in business development and marketing of training programs to industries and government establishments.
Excellent communication skills, with knowledge of training industries, career development a requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Training programs promotion, marketing, and business development
Supervising, preparation, planning and arrangement of training courses, instructional and educational materials and training venues
Market analysis and identifying training opportunities.
Position: P.A to the Chairman
This is an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support the Chairman of our group of companies. It will be a fantastic opportunity for a personal Assistant to support the Chairman of our group of companies. It will be a fantastic opportunity for an empathetic and hard working Personal Assistant who is looking to support a highly dynamic executive.
Qualification and Experience:
Applicant must have a degree from a reputable University with at least five years experience working as a PA to a top management official in a well established firm preferably oil and gas sector.
Must be IT proficient with sound knowledge of MS office applications
An empathetic and loyal individual
Ability to work under own initiative and with limited instruction is key
Flexibility on working hours is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
A highly proactive individual
Must be organized and have good attention to details.
Roles and responsibilities:
Diary and international travel management
Dealing with correspondence, including emails, faxes and post
Taking minutes, producing documents, reports and presentations
Organising corporate events
Dealing with high amounts of the Chairman’s personal work, including matters not directly rotated to the business
Assisting Chairman in dealing with various international business relationships
