-    Experience in Risk Management, Credit Analysis and Credit administration
-    Recovery and loan workout

-    Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Business related courses and seven years experience
3.    HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL/AUDIT
-    Experience in Internal Control in a financial institution or audit firm.
-    Experience in banking operations plus seven years on the job experience
-    Professional membership of ICAN
4.    HEAD RELATIONSHIP/MARKETING
-    B.Sc./HND
-    Minimum of 7 years experience in a financial institution
5.    LEGAL ADVISER/COMPANY SECRETARY
-    LLB/BL, CIS is an added advantage
-    Minimum of 7 years experience in finance institution
