An Estate outfit with interest and subsidiaries in Estate development, Consultancy, Building Construction and Cleaning Services has job opennings to be filled due to business expansion
PROJECT MANAGER: (MALE) LOCATION, IBADAN
Qualifications:
i. B.Sc/HND in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or Building Construction
ii. Masters Degree in project or constructing Management.
iii. Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage
Experience:
i. Between 4-7 years post NYSC
ii. Proven past and/ or current record of projects handled
iii. Ability to work with little or no supervision
iv. Proficiency in the use of computer project management software’s e.g. primavera, Microsoft project, Smartcard etc.
MARKETERS: (FEMALE ONLY) LOCATION: LAGOS, IBADAN, & ABUJA
Qualifications:
i. OND + Experience (1-3 years)
ii. Good personality
iii. Good communication skill
