JOB TITLE: RESEARCH LAB. ASSISTANT(REF. RLA 2010)
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Responsible for conducting rheological and microbiological evaluation on raw materials, products under development and finished products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
(1) ND Food Science & Technology/Microbiology/Lab Science and Technology
(2) Five 0 ‘Level Credits, including Maths & English at not more than two sittings.
Successful candidate must have an eye for detail, possess analytical skills and must be computer literate.
two years cognate experience in R & D environment in Food & Allied industry, research institutes or academia. Experience in food rheological and/or microbiology would be an added advantage.
